No more giving up after 2 months, no more feeling guilty about having another year go by without achieving your goals. Just a clear plan to help you feel your best and move better with the help of our team of experts.

Let’s make the most of this year, starting with Open Enrollment.

What is Open Enrollment?

Think of Open Enrollment like a HUGE discount on the services you need to meet your physical 2023 goals.

• Want to address your back pain? Open Enrollment is for you.
• Want an exercise or fitness plan you can actually stick to? Open Enrollment is for you.
• Want to understand your body and how to support it better? Open Enrollment can help.
• Want to work 1:1 with our amazing PTs? Open Enrollment can help.
• Want to commit to a physical tune up each month and avoid injuries? Open Enrollment works.

But there’s just one catch: Open Enrollment is only open from January 16 to January 27th.
After that, enrollment for this program ENDS.

When you enroll, you get:

• A 4-point check-up with one of our Doctors of Physical Therapy (valued at $250)
• A customized care plan for your body’s particular challenges/needs (valued at $150)
• 11 private visits for Pilates and physical therapy to meet your care plan (valued at $2700)
• 10 small group Pilates classes (valued at $400)

If you purchased the 4-point check-up, customized care plan, and 11 private sessions + 10 group classes separately, you’d pay $3125. But as part of our Open Enrollment incentive, we’re offering you all of this (the check-up, custom care plan,10 classes, and 11 1:1 visits) for just $2399.
